At LILLE FIGARO you have 14 days return (sale product is 7 days return) - valid from the day you receive the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, please send an email to lillefigaro@lillefigaro.dk where you refer to the order ID and give reasons why you want to return / exchange your purchase. Then, simply return the item unused and in same condition as when receiving the goods, incl. tags, bags boxes ect. Items without tags, bags, boxes can not be returned. Once we receive the product and accepted the return, we will as soon as possible transfer bid amount to your account. We will refund only to the credit card that the goods were purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. Returning products is at own expense, as a replacement for another product makes. If you do not pick up your parcel at the post office you will be charged for the shippingcost ect. that it cost Lille Figaro to get the parcel back.
Remember to save the postal receipts as proof that the product is shipped.
